When you join the village or place an order, I only collect the information needed to send your letters safely to your door and to provide the service you've requested.

Payment confirmation (payments are processed securely through Wix and I never see your full payment details.)

Your information is only used to:

Send your Letters from the Woodland.
Contact you if there's a problem with your order.
Respond to any enquiries you send me.

I will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

How your information is stored

Your information is stored securely through Wix and any other trusted services used to run this website. I only keep your details for as long as necessary to fulfil your orders or meet legal accounting requirements.

Correct any incorrect information.

Welcome to The Woodland Apothecary. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms.

Membership

Letters from the Woodland is a monthly postal subscription.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you choose to cancel.

You can cancel at any time through your account before your next payment is taken.

Prices

Current prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Any future price changes will only apply to future renewals.

Posting Schedule

Letters are posted during the final week of each month, ready to arrive as the new month begins.

As everything is carefully prepared by hand, occasional small delays may happen. If they do, I'll always do my best to keep you informed.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your country and local postal service.

Unfortunately, once a letter has entered the postal system, I can't guarantee delivery dates or accept responsibility for postal delays.

Lost Post

If your letter hasn't arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please get in touch and I'll always try to help where I can.

Every letter begins its journey from The Woodland Apothecary during the final week of each month.

Delivery times vary depending on your local postal service and customs where applicable.

Each envelope is packed with great care before it leaves the woodland. Once it's in the hands of the postal service, delivery times are unfortunately outside my control.

If your letter hasn't arrived after a reasonable period, please get in touch and I'll do everything I can to help.

Returns & Refunds

Because each month's letter is a printed publication created especially for subscribers, I'm unable to accept returns once it has been posted.

If your envelope arrives damaged or there's a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it and I'll always do my best to put things right.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time before your next monthly payment is taken. Your subscription will then end before the following month's letter is prepared.

If a parcel is returned because the delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional postage may be required before it can be sent again.

The legal bits may not be the most magical part of the woodland, but they help ensure every letter finds its way safely home.
