A Letter from Clover
Welcome to my little corner of Thimblewick.
I'm Clover, keeper of The Woodland Apothecary, where the kettle is always warm, the shelves are lined with curious bottles and dried herbs, and there's usually a ginger cat called Nuggett asleep somewhere he shouldn't be.
If you've wandered along the little woodland path to the Apothecary, you've found exactly where you're meant to be.
Here, stories are gathered with the seasons. tea is poured before conversations begin, and every month a little bundle of woodland wonder is carefully folded into an envelope and sent on its way to kindred spirits near and far.
Whether you've come looking for a moment of peace, a touch of woodland magic, or simply somewhere to slow down for a while, you're always welcome here.
There's always room for one more in Thimblewick...

Around the woodland...
You'll often bump into a few familiar faces.
🐈 Nuggett, the ginger cat, whose greatest talent is sleeping exactly where everyone needs to walk.
🐝 Pollenna, whose bees seem to know more than anyone else.
🦡 Hector wanders in for a slice of cake, so don't be surprised if he stays until teatime.
And, of course, plenty of woodland visitors dropping by for tea, gossip and homemade cake.
Why I send letters...
I've always loved receiving real post.
Not bills.
Not adverts.
The sort of letter that makes you pause before opening it because you already know someone made it just for you.
In a world that's always asking us to hurry, I wanted to create something slower.
Something you could make a cup of tea for.
Something that arrives with the quiet excitement of finding an unexpected envelope on your doormat.
Every month I send a little piece of Thimblewick into the world, hoping it brings a few peaceful moments to your day.
